Booking an event with us?
Check out our Terms & Conditions:
1. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit, outlined in the attached invoice. Your booking is not secure until this has been paid.
2. Your total booking cost must be paid in full one month before your scheduled event date. Failure to do so will result in your agreed date being lost. Your booking will still exist but you will have to reschedule your event for a later date. This will incur an admin fee of £100. (Exceptions to this may be made at the discretion of the company where reasonable communication has been attempted and a mutually-agreed new payment date set.)
3. You are able to cancel your booking up to one month before your scheduled event date. Cancellations made after this cut-off will be subject to a fee of 50% of any outstanding balance you were due to pay.
4. If you or your party member(s) are unable to go ahead with the agreed date, you may request to reschedule your event. You must make this request with at least two weeks’ notice. Any request made outside of this period will incur an admin fee of £100.
5. If you wish to add extra party members onto your existing booking, you must make this request at least 48 hours before your event date. Please note that increasing your group size may incur additional costs on top of your prior event fee.
6. All payments are non-refundable.
7. Where event attendees are under legal age, a parent or guardian over the age of 18 must be present at all times. The Intrigue Society takes no legal responsibility for minors, other than ensuring age-appropriate game content.
8. The Client agrees to take care of any props or game resources supplied to them for the duration of the event, and will return them in the same state as they were supplied in. Any damage outside of expected wear and tear may see the Client(s) liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
8. The Intrigue Society may capture footage and photography during the event to use for promotional and marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) social media and website material. The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to clearly inform The Intrigue Society if they do not wish for this to happen.
